Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who received preoperative evaluation from February 2021 to March 2020 in the anesthesia outpatient department of North Jiangsu People's Hospital, ASA grade I~III, aged >= 65 years, gender not limited, and who had undergone pulmonary function examination were selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cognitive dysfunction, severe organ dysfunction, and failed preoperative evaluation in the anesthesia clinic.
