50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with osteoarthritis, varus deformity, underwent unilateral total knee replacement, Kellgren-Lawrence grade 4, varus less than 15 degrees, flexion deformity less than 10 degrees, range of motion greater than 90 degrees, BMI less than 28kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: With a history of or objective findings indicating cardiopulmonary disease (i.e. ASA-score >= 3); compromise of the soft-tissue envelope; previously operated joint, and joints requiring a complex reconstruction with bone graft and/or prosthetic augmentation.
