Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Myopia group: 18-40 years old patients with ametropia who required lens implantation to correct ametropia; (2) High myopia cataract group: 18-60 years old patients with high myopia cataract required cataract surgery because of best corrected visual acuity = 0.5; (3) Age related cataract group: 50-80 years old patients with age related cataract required cataract surgery because of best corrected visual acuity = 0.5; (4) Diabetic cataract group: diabetic cataract patients required cataract surgery because of best corrected visual acuity = 0.5.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Other eye diseases (such as glaucoma, uveitis, eye trauma, etc.); (2) Systemic diseases; (3) Metabolic diseases (hyperlipidemia, hyperuricemia); (4) Other: rheumatic immune diseases, tumors, genetic diseases, recent medication; (5) disagree to participate in this study.
