Age
50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A definite diagnosis of bilateral knee osteoarthritis; the grade of the Kellgren-Lawrence grading scale was similar; valgus deformity 90 degrees, and BMI < 28 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: With a history of or objective findings indicating cardiopulmonary disease (i.e. ASA-score >= 3); compromise of the soft-tissue envelope; previously operated joint, and joints requiring a complex reconstruction with bone graft and/or prosthetic augmentation.
