Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 4-12 years. 2. ASA classification I-II. 3. Patients require tracheal intubation for general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery. 2. Patients with limited head and neck movement. 3. Difficult airway in patients with maxillofacial, oral, airway, and spinal deformity. 4. Patients with severe heart and lung diseases such as asthma and cardiac insufficiency. 5. Patients who rejected the study.
