Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. All patients undergoing PCNL; b. Age from 12-65 years; c. Normal Renal Functions; d. No history of chronic pain; e. ASA I, II & III; f. Both genders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. History of local anesthesia allergy; b. Redo PCNL; c. Multiple punctures during PCNL; d. Excessive intra-operative bleeding; e. Diabetes Mellitus; f. Coagulopathy; g. Mental Disorder; h. ASA IV & V; i. Active urinary tract infection.
