18 Years to 74 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 14/18-74 years old; 2. BMI:420 ? mol/L (7 mg/dl). 4. accompanied by gout or the following metabolic abnormalities: (1) Gout, but at intervals (2) Hypertension, abnormal lipid metabolism, diabetes, obesity, etc 5. Agree and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Use of drugs that may affect uric acid within 1 month before enrollment, including;Benzbromarone, allopurinol, febuxostat, etc.; 2. Liver enzyme (ALT or AST) >= 5 times the upper limit of normal; 3. Other diseases affecting glucose and lipid metabolism: hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, hypercortisol, etc.; 4. Diabetic patients with poor glycemic control: HbA1c > 9.5%; 5. Chronic kidney disease or severe renal impairment, defined as serum creatinine greater than 2.0mg/dL (176.8umol/L); 6. Life expectancy of no more than 5 years; 7. Female subjects who are pregnant or plan to become pregnant within the next 64 weeks; 8. The presence of other conditions is expected to be unable to complete the intervention with the visitor; 9. If other drugs that affect uric acid metabolism are used, such as thiazide and loop diuretics, ACEI/ARB antihypertensive drugs, the drug dose should be kept stable in the first three months of enrollment; 10. Participated in other clinical trials within the last 4 weeks; 11. The investigator considers it unsuitable to participate in the study if he cannot complete the exercise or there are other reasons.
