Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with femoral head necrosis undergoing THA surgery in our hospital; 2. Normal people who underwent health examination in the physical examination center of our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: And patients whose previous drug therapy, disease, or surgery histories might influence the outcomes were excluded from the study.
