18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18-80years; 2.Patients undergoing breast surgery without previous ipsilateral and the same region operation history ; 3.ASA grade I-III grade; 4.BMI<30kg/m2; 5.Volunteer to participate in this study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Puncture site infection; 2.History of local anesthetic allergy; 3.Deformity of spine or chest wall; 4.History of chronic pain diseases and usage of analgesics; 5.Severe liver and kidney function injury,severe cardiovascular diseases; 6.Patients who were unable to cooperate and could not express pain intensity through VAS score.
