Age
18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA class II or III, older than 18 years of age, body mass index of 18 to 25 kg/m2, 100 patients with heart valve replacement surgery under extracorporeal circulation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative delirium or other severe cognitive impairment, preoperative systemic or local inflammatory response, blood routine examination suggested an increase in the percentage of leukocytes and/or neutrophils, moderate and severe liver and kidney function injury, and previous history of traumatic brain surgery within 3 months.
