Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Right-handed, Han nationality, aged between 18 and 25, voluntarily consented to participate in the imaging study with informed consent, and signed the informed consent; 2. Smokers should meet the DSM-V criteria for tobacco use addiction and have tried to quit smoking for no more than 3 months in the last 1 year; 3. No other drug addiction confirmed by examination or heavy drinking more than once a week; 4. Neither subject nor first-degree relatives have any neurological diseases or previous medical history affecting brain function; 5. Have not taken psychotropic drugs in the past three months, and have not taken vasoactive drugs in the past two weeks; 6. No metal implants in the body, no fMRI contraindication.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of craniocerebral trauma, mental retardation, combined with mental disorders (such as epilepsy, etc.) or chronic pain diseases, and patients who cannot cooperate with the examination and treatment; 2. Complicated with cancer, heart, liver, lung, kidney, hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases; 3. Pregnant or lactation women, allergic constitution and allergic to a variety of drugs; 4. Magnetic resonance examination by the imaging doctors found that the brain organic occupancy, highlighting signals or other structural abnormalities; 5. Possible poor compliance and difficult to follow; 6. Claustrophobia.
