Positive pressure tracheal extubation Group:Disconnect the ventilator, close the breathing valve of the simple breathing apparatus, and use the simple aspirator to give positive pressure ventilation.
negative pressure tracheal extubation Group:Disconnect the ventilator, insert the suction tube into the endotracheal tube across the distal opening, and perform endotracheal negative pressure suction

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients receiving mechanical ventilation via otracheal intubation, who get better after treatment, reach the indications of withdrawal and extubation, and pass the SBT test and the air bag leakage test negative.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe lung disease; 2. Patients with severe nervous system dysfunction; 3. Obesity, BMI > 40; 4. Vocal cord paralysis; 5. Myasthenia gravis; 6. Pregnancy.
