18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 and above not more than 80, were suspicious of gastric mucosal lesions (intestinal metaplasia, low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia, high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia, and intramucosal carcinoma) under gastroscopy with white light gastroscopy when accepting routine general anesthesia. 2. Confirmed patients with the inflammation of atrophic mucosa by the pathological findings of the mucous membrane in the control area.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients currently taking antiplatelet drugs and anticoagulants, who were not suitable for endoscopic biopsy; 2. Patients with digestive tract obstruction, perforation, or gastrectomy; 3. Patients combined with gastric bleeding which affects staining; 4. Patients allergic to acetic acid or narcotic drugs.
