Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years; 2. ASA I-III; 3. Lung tumor surgery under endotracheal intubation under general anesthesia is planned, including wedge resection, segmental resection, partial pulmonary resection, lobectomy, and unilateral radical resection of lung cancer; 4. Plan to stay in hospital >= 48 hours after surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of allergy to ketamine or contraindications to its use (severe risk of elevated blood pressure and intracranial pressure, poorly controlled or untreated hypertension, untreated or undertreated hyperthyroidism, gastrointestinal bleeding); 2. Have mental illness and other chronic pain or other conditions that may confuse the analgesic reaction; 3. Unable to read and write Chinese, communication barriers; 4. Emergency surgery or trauma patients; 5. Previous history of thoracotomy or intraoperative knowledge;Additional intercostal incisions were needed during the operation. 6. Admitted to ICU after surgery; 7. Refuse to attend.
