experimental group A:Local anesthetics use 4% ropivacaine 20ml
experimental group B:Local anesthetics were 4% ropivacaine + 1% lidocaine 20ml
experimental group C:Local anesthetics were 4% lidocaine + 1 µ g / kg dexmedetomidine 20ml

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with right upper arm elective surgery; (2) ASA grade I - II; (3) They were 18-65 years old; (4) BMI ranged from 18 to 28, and there was no significant abnormality in cardiopulmonary function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Arrhythmia; respiratory diseases; injection site infection; severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; coagulation dysfunction; upper limb sensorimotor dysfunction; local anesthetic allergy and recent continuous use of analgesics.
