Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed deep venous thrombosis of the lower limbs for the first time by Doppler ultrasound or venography or as pulmonary embolism by pulmonary angiography. 2. Aged 18 to 85 years; 3. Received anticoagulant medication therapy, and the hemodynamics are stable. 4. The subjects are willing to participate in the exercise program and are suitable for random grouping.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The subject has serious comorbidities, such as severe heart or lung disease, cancer, severe mental illness, and blood system disease. 2. The subject has a severe cognitive impairment and cannot cooperate with rehabilitation training. 3. The subject has severe disabilities and cannot complete sports training. 4. The subject has hemodynamic instability during pulmonary embolism screening, such as right heart insufficiency assessed by computed tomography or echocardiography, resting hypoxia-resting oxygen saturation < 92%, Or, during a cardiopulmonary exercise test, exercise hypoxia-oxygen saturation < 92% or cardiopulmonary symptoms. 5. The subject is a pregnant woman. 6. The subject is currently participating in other research.
