Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with stroke based on clinical histroy, symptoms, physical examination and neuroing imaging, as advised by the Neurology committee of Chinese Medical Associal; 2. Aged between 18-70 years; 3. Diagnosed with cognitive impairment with objective assessments; 4. Agreed to pariticipate the study with written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Not able to finish the assessments; 2. Diagnosed with other major psychiatric disorders or severe systmatic diseases; 3. Unstable vital signs or uncontrolled seizure within one week before the enrollment;
