Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The imaging findings were pulmonary nodules; 2. The diameter of the lesion is less than 3 cm; 3. Patients with lung cancer or benign disease diagnosed pathologically after surgical resection; 4. Chest CT examination and detection of tumor autoantibody and carcinoembryonic antigen were performed before operation; 5. The patient agreed to conduct the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who had pathological results before operation; 2.Patients with other tumor diseases; 3.Patients who had received antineoplastic therapy, radiotherapy or chemotherapy before operation or before cancer diagnosis; 4.Patients who could not provide effective 7-AAB test results, and 5.patients with insufficient clinicopathological data.
