Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) In the intervention communities (Jiangning Road Community, Pengpu New Village Community), patients with gastrointestinal tumors with a MUST assessment score of "1" or higher are the intervention targets; the control communities (Caojiadu Community, Pengpu Town Community) have a MUST assessment score of Patients with gastrointestinal tumors with a score of "1" or higher were used as controls. (2) The age is over 18 years old; (3) Self-care, no special care required; (4) They have not left their place of residence for a long time in the past six months, and they are not expected to leave their place of residence within six months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) People with stroke, diabetes, severe cognitive impairment and mobility impairment; (2) Those who may be allergic to the intervention diet; (3) Those with insufficiency of important organs such as heart, liver, kidney; (4) Those who have signs of other major medical or mental illnesses that are deemed unsuitable for participating in the research.
