Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative imaging diagnosis of pancreatic cancer is a borderline resectable patient, specifically, the tumor invades superior mesenteric vein or portal vein over 180 degrees; The tumor invades superior mesenteric artery or abdominal trunk, but not more than 180 degrees; (2) preoperative imaging diagnosis is resectable patients, but CA19-9 > 500; (3) preoperative imaging diagnosis of patients with local progression, invasion of superior mesenteric vein or portal vein, unable to be removed and reconstructed; Tumor invasion of superior mesenteric artery or abdominal trunk, more than 180 degrees; (4) patients who have no understanding disorder and sign and agree to join the study; (5) physical condition score ECOG 0~2; (6) liver and kidney function and blood routine examination results within one week before entering the group meet the following conditions: neutrophil (ANC) >= 1.5 x 10^9/L, Platelet (PLT) >= 80 x 10^9/L, hemoglobin (HGB)>= 80g/L; Serum creatinine (Cr)<= 1.5 x upper limit of normal value; total bilirubin (TBI)<= 2.5 x upper limit of normal value, glutamic pyruvic transaminase (ALT), glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (AST) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) <= 2.5 x upper limit of normal value.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Imaging reexamination of pancreatic cancer patients with distant metastasis; (2) allergic to chemotherapy drugs; (3) puncture biopsy, other tumors confirmed by intraoperative freezing or postoperative pathology as non-pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma; (4) patients with a history of other malignant tumors; (5) severe heart, brain, liver, kidney, patients with lung and other serious physical diseases; (6) have previously received any anti-tumor treatment, including intervention, ablation, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, molecular targeted therapy, etc.
