Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Definite STEMI for age >= 18 years; 2. Patients planned to undergo primary percutaneous coronary intervention (pPCI); 3. Intraoperative angiography showed high thrombus burden (thrombus score >= 3 points). Thrombosis Score: 0 points, no thrombus; 1 point, fuzzy thrombus shadow; 2 points, confirmed thrombus image, the length is less than 1/2 of the inner diameter of the blood vessel; 3 points, confirmed thrombus, the length is between 1/2 to 2 times the inner diameter of the blood vessel; 4 points, the determined thrombus length is greater than 2 times the inner diameter of the blood vessel; 5 points, blood clots cannot be assessed for blood clots.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Past history of coronary artery bypass graft; 2. The criminal vessel is the left main trunk; 3. The offender's blood vessel is occluded or narrowed in the stent; 4. Killip grade IV; 5. History of rheumatic immune diseases; 6. Malignant tumor patients; 7. History of contrast agent allergy; 8. Life expectancy is less than 6 months; 9. Patients with recent active bleeding.
