40 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients giving consent; 2. Patients of both gender aged between 18-60 years; 3. Diabetic patients with indication for intravitreal anti-VEGF treatment, including CSME (as per operational definition) and PDR without any traction on retina.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who had intravitreal injections of triamcinolone acetonide any time up until 6 months prior to the study. 2. Patients with active uveitis or ocular ischemic syndrome. 3. Diagnosed with any type of glaucoma or pre injection ocular hypertension. 4. History of any intraocular surgery. 5. History of use systemic steroids or beta- blockers.
