Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 18 years; 2. new up gastrointestinal bleeding (as hematemesis, melena, bloody fluid from gastric tube); 3. need for angiographic embolization (including the patients with unsuccessful gastroscopic hemostasis or without chances for endoscopic treatment or with a high surgical risk).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Refuse PPIs use after angiographic embolization; 2) variceal bleeding results from portal hypertension; 3) complicated with systemic hematological diseases; 4) cancer; 5) allergic to contrast agents; 6) uremia patients with dialysis; 7) Pregnancy or lactate; 8) refuse to attend the study; 9) be included in other clinical trials.
