Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Body mass index >= 40 kg/m2; 2. Ages 18 to 65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous hepatic and renal failure; 2. Neuromuscular disease; 3. A history of malignancy and high fever; 4. Patients with severe alcoholism have hypersensitivity to drugs used during general anesthesia and perioperative use of drugs known to interact with rocuronium.
