Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This study was approved by the ethics committee of our hospital, and the the patients signed informed consent. There were 138 patients with elective nephrectomy from December 2020 to June 2021, aged 25~65 years, and weight <= 80 kg, ASA II~III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclude patients with history of congenital heart disease, diabetes, kidney disease, coagulation dysfunction, local anesthetic allergy, peripheral nervous system disease, severe bradycardia, hypertension grade iii, skin infection at puncture site-signatory informed consentnd and a variety of factors halfway out.
