Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Stroke group inclusion criteria: (1) Within 3 months after stroke (confirmed by CT or MRI brain scanning). stable condition ; (2) First attack, stable condition; The lesion is located on the left or right side of the middle cerebral artery. (3) Walking for at least 5 minutes, or no booster help ; (4) No cognitive, verbal, sensory or psychological disorder. MMSE > 26. (5) 18 years old. (6) Sign informed consent. Inclusion criteria for healthy controls : (1) No history of neurological disorders or psychosis. (2) Normal walking without obstacles. (3) No cognitive speech sensation or psychological disorder, MMSE > 26. (4) 18 years old. (5) Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous neurological diseases and other gait-limiting diseases. (2) Aphasia, cognitive impairment (including mild cognitive dementia, Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease), emotional and mental disorders; (3) Restrictive diseases such as cardiovascular or pulmonary diseases.
