Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: HRCT showed simple ossicular chain malformation in both ears, and at least one ear was confirmed during operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patient had other malformations of inner or middle ear, other diseases that would affect the results of this study and the patient's health.
