Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Experimental group: 30cases (adult, aged > 18 years) 1) Gadolinium enhanced MRI of inner ear confirmed endolymphatic hydrops; 2) Preoperative pure tone audiometry showed severe sensorineural hearing loss (0.5,1,2 mean hearing threshold > 70dB); 3) Reach the operation standard and operate in our hospital; 4) Informed consent of patients. Control group: vestibular tissue specimens and endolymphatic sac tissue specimens of 30 patients (adult, age > 18 years old) with acoustic neuroma underwent labyrinthine surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Combined with other space occupying lesions; combined with other diseases that will affect the results of this study and the health of patients.
