Interventions

experiment group A:From 3 days before the operation to 7 days after the operation, the ear vagus nerve stimulation was performed regularly at 9 and 20 o'clock every day, 30 minutes each time.
experiment group B:From 3 days before surgery to 7 days after surgery, the ear vagus nerve stimulation was performed 4 times at 9, 12, 18, and 20 o'clock every day, 1 min each time.
Control Group B:No stimulation was obtained through the false ear clip without the circuit, and the time of wearing the false ear clip was the same as that of experimental group B.
control group A:No stimulation was obtained through the false ear clip without the circuit, and the time of wearing the false ear clip was the same as that of experimental group A.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria and be 50-80 years old; 2. Patients planning to undergo elective, initial, unilateral total hip replacement; 3. Anesthesia Risk Score (ASA) I and II; 4. Participate voluntarily and sign the consent form to take the test voluntarily, or the immediate family member or the client approved by the patient agrees to take the test and sign the informed consent form voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe primary diseases of the heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, as well as acute diseases and infected, malignant tumor patients 2. Patients with a history of schizophrenia or other mental illnesses, postoperative reactive psychosis 3. Patients with pacemakers implanted in their bodies 4. Those with auricle defect 5. Those who are allergic to the silicone material of ear clip electrodes
