65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy patients under elective general anesthesia; 2. Elderly patients 65 to 80 years old; 3. Body mass index 19~28kg/m2; 4. ASA classification II~III; 5. All patients signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe respiratory complications or severe pulmonary insufficiency, including difficult airways, asthma, thoracic diseases, lung restrictive and obstructive diseases, thoracic and spinal deformities; 2. Combined with serious cardiovascular system complications, including congenital heart disease, severe arrhythmia, coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, heart failure, cardiomyopathy, etc.; 3. Suffer from cerebrovascular diseases, brain tumors, brain trauma and other diseases, including pituitary tumors, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, etc.; 4. Suffer from mental illness such as schizophrenia, depression, long-term insomnia, etc.; 5. Have undergone thoracic or neurosurgery surgery or surgery in the past 6 months.
