Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients or family members gave informed consent to the study and signed the informed consent form 2. Healthy people in the physical examination center and inpatients with sepsis 3. Unlimited men and women, over 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With severe heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic diseases; 2. Patients with malignant tumors; 3. Suffering from central nervous system and mental illness before surgery.
