PTCSL+LC group:Percutaneous hepatobiliary lithotripsy for stone removal combined with laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who were definitely diagnosed with gallstone and common bile duct stone by preoperative imaging (B-ultrasound / CT / MRI); 2. Child Pugh class A-B for liver function; 3. Older than 18 years, younger than 80 years, no sex restriction; 4. Tolerated general anesthesia, ASA anesthesia grade 3 or less, no comorbid severe cardiopulmonary brain disease; 5. Agreed to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative imaging or postoperative pathological diagnosis of gallbladder cancer; 2. Those with severe cirrhotic coagulopathy; 3. Those with comorbid severe cardiopulmonary brain disease or pregnant women; 4. The investigator considers that subjects may not necessarily complete this study or may not necessarily comply with the requirements of this study (for managerial reasons or otherwise.
