18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. There is no restriction on gender, between 18 and 70 years old; 2. ASA classification II-III level; 3. Body mass index (BMI) 18-31; 4. Elective heart valve surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass; 5. Volunteer to participate and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participate in other clinical trials at the same time; 2. Patients who do not cooperate or cannot communicate; 3. Patients undergoing cardiac surgery again; 4. Those who are known to abuse alcohol, drugs or narcotics; 5. Female patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
