Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The doctors, including the surgeons and anesthesiologists, and the nurses, including the OR nurses and the nurse anesthetists, who have been worked or studied in the two institutions.

Exclusion criteria: The health care workers who are not within the scope mentioned above.
