Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Over 60 years old, first attack; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of DSM-4 for depressive disorder; 3. HAMD (17 items) score: total score >= 17 points; 4. The total score of PHQ-9 was more than or equal to 10; 5. Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) > 24, Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) > 15; 6. No antidepressants were used; 7. Right handed; 8. Obtain the written informed consent of the person or his family members.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other mental diseases except depression were excluded; 2. Excluding depression caused by other systemic diseases and brain organic diseases; 3. All kinds of dementia syndrome were excluded; 4. The history of head disease, brain injury, epilepsy and other nervous system diseases were excluded; 5. Exclude the history of serious systemic diseases such as cardiovascular system, respiratory system and immune system; 6. The history of alcohol and morphine abuse was excluded; 7. Metal implants such as denture, artery clamp, pacemaker or metal fixator were excluded.
