Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged >= 18 years, according with traumatic lower limb fracture and APE diagnosis; (2) CTPA examination should be improved during hospitalization; (3) During hospitalization, ECG, echocardiography and related biochemical parameters were improved; (4) The related research data of hospitalization were obtained completely; (5) The patients were followed up for 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous history of chronic pulmonary embolism; (2) Previous history of malignant tumor, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, interstitial lung disease, rheumatoid disease and congenital heart disease; (3) Pregnant patients; (4) The related research data of inpatients are incomplete; (5) One year follow-up after discharge could not be completed.
