Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) aged 65 years and older; 2) no Tai Chi intervention experience.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) self-reported history or evidence of central nervous system dysfunction; 2) self-reported trauma or disease that might significantly affect gait or postural control; 3) evidence of foot sole ulcers or cardiac pacemaker.
