Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult recipients who received orthotopic allogeneic liver transplantation in our center between January 2018 and February 2020 were selected.The recipients were tested for serum creatinine levels and assessed for eGFR before transplantation, 1 to 7 days after transplantation, and 1, 3, 6, 9, and 12 months after transplantation according to conventional treatment criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with incomplete data; (2) Aged < 18 years; (3) underwent preoperative renal replacement therapy or preoperative eGFR < 90 ml/(min·1.73·m2); (4) did not perfornm orthotopic allograft liver transplantation due to intraoperative change of surgical plan; (5) died within 3 months after surgery; (6) eGFR measurements were not performed twice at least 3 months apart.
