60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 60 years old; 2. Patients with PHQ-9 score of 5-19; 3. Patients who voluntarily participated in the study; 4. Patients with normal mental state can cooperate to complete the research; 5. Patients who have lived in the target community for at least one year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who are not suitable for Tai Chi and other mild aerobic exercises, such as bedridden, severe vision or hearing impairment; 2. Patients with a history of cardiovascular disease or stroke in the past 6 months; 3. Patients receiving antidepressant treatment; 4. Subjects who exercise regularly more than or equal to 3 times a week.
