Conditions

Common childhood diseases, like pneumonia (severe pneumonia or very severe), cough or cold, diarrhea (severe dehydration/mild dehydration/no dehydration), etc.

Interventions

Intervention group:Doctors in the intervention group will complete the management process of children with the support of the electronic IMCI decision support platform
Control group:Doctors in the control group will use the traditional paper-based IMCI book to complete management process of the children.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The children's age is in the range of 0-5 years old; 2. The parents of the children signed the informed consent; 3. The child suffered from common diseases (including acute respiratory tract infection, diarrhea, pneumonia, etc.) on the same day. The above three items must be met at the same time before they can be included in the study.
