Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Locally advanced gastric cancer confirmed by histopathology or cytology at the time of initial treatment; 2. The clinical stage was ct3-t4, N +, M0; 3. Aged 18-80 years, both male and female; 4. The subjects volunteered to join the study and signed the informed consent. They had good compliance and cooperated with the follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. It has been confirmed that there is a history of allergy to any component of apatinib mesylate tablets used in the test; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Patients with contraindications of apatinib mesylate tablets were excluded; 4. According to the judgment of the researchers, there are patients with accompanying diseases that seriously endanger the safety of patients or affect patients to complete the study; 5. The researcher thinks it is not suitable for the inclusion.
