Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with one of the following symptoms: Red eyelid, itchy eyes, dry eyes, burning sensation, foreign body sensation, photophobia and increased secretion. 2. Patients with one of the following signs: inverted eyelashes, disordered eyelashes, sparse eyelashes, missing eyelashes, and fatty secretions at the root of eyelashes; Hyperemia and hypertrophy of palpebral margin, telangiectasia, epithelial keratosis, irregular palpebral margin; Fat embolus, abnormal character of palpebral ester secretion and meibomian gland cyst can be seen in the opening of meibomian gland. 3. Patients over 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute ocular surface inflammation; 2. Patients with hypertension, diabetes and other systemic diseases; 3. Patients who have undergone intraocular surgery or refractive surgery in the past three months, or have ocular trauma; 4. Patients who have received local eyelid treatment within one month; 5. Pregnant women.
