Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria of blepharitis group: (1) In the anterior blepharitis group, the blepharitis was hyperemia or telangiectasia, and there were scales at the root of eyelashes; (2) posterior blepharitis group: meibomian gland opening blockage, gland loss, eyelid fat suppository, foam secretion. (3) Mixed blepharitis group: two types of symptoms. 2. Inclusion criteria of normal control group: (1) No blepharitis was found; (2) There was no systemic disease; (3) No local or systemic antibiotics or hormones were used in the past month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who used local or systemic antibiotics and hormones in the past month; 2. Patients who are currently using drugs for the treatment of blepharitis; 3. Patients with Sjogren's syndrome, diabetes and other systemic diseases affecting the ocular surface; 4. Patients with a history of ocular trauma or surgery within one year; 5. Pregnant or lactating women.
