30 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with chronic coronary syndrome; 2. Patients aged 30-80 years; 3. Subjects with complete baseline clinical and imaging data required for the study; 4. The volunteers understand and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe systemic diseases (severe infection, hemorrhagic disease, respiratory failure); 2. Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency (ALT >= 5, ULN (upper limit of normal), Cr > 134) µ 73 m2) or EGFR < 30 ml / min / 1; 3. Patients with malignant tumor and other pathological status with expected survival time less than 1 year; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Patients who participated in other clinical studies within 12 months before enrollment; 6. Patients with neuropsychiatric diseases.
