Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. From March 2021 to February 2022, 300 patients with type 2 diabetes were diagnosed in our hospital; 2. T2DM patients with normal microalbuminuria and normal fundus blood vessel examination, T2DN patients with elevated microalbuminuria and diabetic retinopathy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute inflammation and infection; 2. Subjects who have taken antiviral or antibiotic drugs in recent 3 months; 3. Patients with basic chronic nephritis, kidney disease, cancer, coronary heart disease or cardiac insufficiency.
