According to the guidelines of the European Society of cardiothoracic surgery in 2017, the indications for surgical treatment of aortic regurgitation include: Patients with massive aortic regurgitation and symptoms; The patients with no symptoms but EF value less than 50%; Patients who need coronary artery bypass grafting or other valve surgery; Compared with aortic valve replacement, aortic valve repair is an alternative method; In asymptomatic patients with EF value more than 50%, the left ventricular end diastolic diameter was more than 70 mm or the left ventricular end systolic diameter was more than 50 mm; Patients with aortic root dilatation or ascending aortic aneurysm. 2. Adults over 18 years old; 3. Patients with triple valved aortic insufficiency who meet the surgical indications need valve replacement or repair; 4. Patients with aortic valve malformation (single valved, double valved, four valved) and aortic insufficiency who meet the surgical indications and need valve replacement or repair surgery; 5. Patients with aortic regurgitation who meet the surgical indications and those who do not.
