Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. NSCLC patients diagnosed by cytology or histopathology; Newly diagnosed or previously treated patients; 2. Patients who can obtain 100 ml pleural effusion samples through pleural puncture and drainage.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with multiple primary tumors and other tumors; 2. Non primary NSCLC patients; 3. The researcher's judgment may affect the clinical research and the judgment of research results.
