16 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects older than 15 and younger than 80 years old; 2. Subjects with history of liver cirrhosis (with pathological basis of liver biopsy or comprehensive judgment based on clinical history, signs, laboratory indexes and imaging examination, see diagnostic criteria for details); 3. Patients with acute decompensated events 1 month before admission: ascites / pleural effusion; Upper gastrointestinal bleeding; Hepatic encephalopathy; bacterial infection; Jaundice (more than 5 mg / dl).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women; 2. Patients with liver cancer or other malignant tumors found after admission or before admission; 3. Patients with severe chronic diseases of extrahepatic organs: COPD complicated with respiratory failure; The heart function of coronary heart disease was grade 3; Myocardial infarction occurred within 3 months before admission; Severe complications of diabetes (heart, brain, kidney, eyes, feet, etc.) occurred; Uremic stage of chronic kidney disease; 4. Patients with active connective tissue diseases; 5. Patients who have used immunosuppressant or hormone in recent one year.
