Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 18-80 years; 2. For the subjects with new pulmonary infection 48 hours after admission, the diagnostic criteria of pulmonary infection: new or progressive infiltrating shadow in the lung was indicated by imaging, and there were two or more symptoms at the same time: fever, neutropenia (> 10x10 ^ 9 / L) or decrease ( 38 degrees C or < 36 degrees C); 3. Subjects who signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients receiving anti-tumor radiotherapy in the past 30 days; 2. Patients with hereditary severe immunodeficiency disease; 3. Patients who have received T cell or B cell immunosuppressive therapy in the past 90 days; 4. Patients who received steroid therapy for more than 3 weeks in the past 60 days, and the dose was equal to prednisone >= 0.3mg/kg; Patients with allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis were not included; 5. Pregnant women.
