Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female aged 18 or above; 2. Subjects with clear diagnosis of HFPEF: Symptoms ± Physical signs; 3. Subjects with LVEF >= 50%; 4. Subjects with elevated natriuretic peptide level (BNP > 35ng / L) ± N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide (NT proBNP) > 125ng / L); 5. Meet at least one of the following requirements: (1) Left ventricular hypertrophy ± The left atrium was enlarged; (2) Cardiac diastolic function was abnormal.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with unstable clinical state (hemodynamic or electrodynamic instability); 2. Patients with LVEF = 180 mmHg or < 90 mmHg; 9. Subjects with persistent atrial flutter or atrial fibrillation; 10. Subjects with primary pulmonary hypertension, chronic pulmonary embolism, and severe pulmonary diseases (including COPD); 11. Patients with other diseases that may lead to impaired diastolic function, such as invasive cardiomyopathy, active myocarditis, constrictive pericarditis, pericardial tamponade, known hereditary hypertrophic cardiomyopathy or obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, arrhythmic right ventricular cardiomyopathy / hypoplasia, or heart failure caused by uncorrected primary valvular disease; 12. For patients with severe renal insufficiency, estimated glomerular filtration rate was less than 30 ml / min; 13. Patients with active liver disease or liver dysfunction; 14. Subjects who are currently conducting another research device or drug study; 15. Pregnant or lactating women
